Becoming Part of Wellspring

Wellspring is more than a place of learning — it’s a living field of inquiry into a way of being — where education, relationship, and place weave together into a larger act of world-making.

Whether you’re a family seeking a different path for your children, or someone who feels called to contribute, collaborate, or support our work, there are many ways to become part of this growing field.

By joining or supporting the ecosystem, you become part of a wider world-building project: reimagining how community, creativity, and care can take root in our time.

An Ecology of Participation

Joining Wellspring is less about signing up for something and more about entering into relationship with people, place, and process.

Every form of involvement, whether as a family, collaborator, or supporter, helps sustain the living ecology that makes this way of learning possible and becomes part of the shared practice of co-creating a space where authentic learning and living can unfold.

Join the Learning Ecosystem

For families who feel drawn to Misty Meadows Wellspring, the first step is simply a conversation. This is a space for mutual listening and curiosity — to explore what calls you here, what you imagine for your child, and what it means to choose a different educational paradigm. We find that when there’s resonance in values and rhythm, everything else flows naturally from there.

Sustaining Wellspring | Family Contributions

Families whose children are part of the Wellspring ecosystem contribute financially toward the shared costs of maintaining and growing this living environment. These contributions sustain the people, spaces, and materials that make the work possible — from facilitators’ care and stewardship to the gardens, animals, and learning spaces that shape daily life. We use a tiered contribution model that reflects differing capacities, ensuring that the ecosystem remains both inclusive and sustainable.

Sustaining Wellspring | Supporters & Collaborators

Our work at Wellspring is strengthened by individuals and institutions who recognise the value of what we are building and choose to stand alongside it. Contributions from supporters help us sustain projects, develop new spaces, and expand opportunities for the children and families who are part of the ecosystem.

We also welcome collaborators who are exploring similar questions or working in adjacent fields — makers, educators, artists, researchers, and community builders who want to contribute their skills or join us in shared projects.

Please get in touch with us if you are interested in contributing to our endowment fund, or exploring opportunities for collaboration.

Programmes & Workshops

At Wellspring, we often host workshops, gatherings, and longer learning journeys that grow out of the work and interests already alive in our community. These offerings are open to both our regular participants and those beyond the farm who are drawn to what we do. Some are short, hands-on experiences; others unfold over time in mentorship or practice.

Please get in touch to find out what's currently unfolding.
